Holiday Let Quarry Restoration

The old quarry tiled floor in this Holiday Let was in need of some restoration. The floor structure had no damp course and mineral salts were coming up, leaving a white residue on the surface of the floor.

We needed to deep clean the floor to neutralise the mineral salts and to stop them worsening. In areas we detailed the floor by hand. Once the floor was dry enough we applied a sealant which would allow the floor to breathe. But also to ensure the floor was easier to clean and maintain.
