Case study: Limestone & ironstone – Commercial cleaning of a busy floor

This commercial entertaining space is used for outdoor events and had had a very hard season.

There were two types of limestone floors in the property that needed attention, ironstone and Lincolnshire limestone. Ironstone contains ferrous which oxidises giving a darker, more orange hue than regular limestone, whereas Lincolnshire limestone is paler and more consistent.

We were brought in to give the floors an end-of-season deep clean and reseal ready for the new season’s activities. Despite the significant wear and tear, we made the floors look as good as new.
